Assisting Your Body in Natural Healing
Your body was amazingly made with biological functions to heal itself and as chiropractors, we simply assist it in doing so. Many patients are able to fully recover and live longer, pain-free lives while avoiding the need for a high-risk surgical procedure or prescription medication.
Surgery can be dangerous, expensive, ineffective, and may take time to recover from. Prescription medication for pain can also be dangerous, causes uncomfortable side effects, and only masks the underlying issues causing your pain while leaving it to become progressively worse. Typically, people develop a tolerance to pain medication as well making it no longer effective over time.
Should we comment here about how chiropractics can help prevent the need for surgery or something? Seems like a lot of comments on how bad surgery is that you lose the impact of chiro? Or is this whole document meant as a long one page document description?
A Combination of Services
We can help you ditch the chemicals and have you feel like a brand new person with our extensive knowledge and advanced array of techniques. The variety of techniques we use include soft tissue technique, manual technique, rolling technique, active release technique, therapeutic massage techniques, myofascial release technique.
Chiropractors are able to address the root of the problem while providing immediate relief from pain and promoting natural healing processes. After your visit, you can go about your day as you normally would, relieved from your pain and feeling good about the fact that your body will gradually heal with the help of our safe and beneficial technique.
On Your First Visit
At your first appointment, your chiropractor will do an assessment of your condition, get a full medical history, and discuss your goals for treatment and any concerns you may have. Testing may be necessary in order to get a full picture of what’s going on in your body. Once we have a good understanding of your individual healthcare goals, we’ll provide you with individualized treatment plans. Other alternative treatment options may be recommended in addition to your adjustment such as massage therapy (deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, swedish massage), manual therapy, cupping therapy, rehabilitation services etc.
Once you are relaxed, your chiropractor will adjust you providing immediate pain relief.
Before you leave, we’ll make sure you have a complete understanding of your problem and what you can do yourself to help improve it. We’ll teach you corrective exercises for you to do at home and help you with diet and lifestyle adjustments to help you achieve the highest level of health and recovery possible.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Chiro Services
How Often Do I Need To Visit The Chiropractor?
How often you see us will depend on your condition. You may only need to come in every so often while others may benefit from frequent or weekly treatments. The Doctor will let you know how often they will need to see you for treatment.
Will My Adjustment Be Covered By My Extended Medical Plan?
Yes. We provide chiropractic adjustment as a form of direct billing physiotherapy. If you’re not sure if your plan covers physiotherapy, it may be a good idea to check with your provider. If we are seeing you for an injury that happened in an automobile accident, your employer’s insurance or auto insurance may provide you with more extensive coverage so be sure to check on that before your appointment.
Do I Need A Referral To Book An Appointment?
No. As primary contact healthcare professionals, anyone can book an appointment with us and there’s no need for any referral.
Are Getting Chiropractic Adjustments Painful?
Adjustment should feel relieving, not painful. After treatment, you may feel a bit sore, particularly the following day. This soreness is normal, typically mild, and a good sign that your body is healing.
