Our physiotherapists are trained to assess and treat the root cause of your injury.  They perform a variety of manual therapy techniques, intramuscular dry needling and therapeutic exercise.

Vivian Overton Physiotherapist Photo

Vivian Overton


Vivian graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2010. She moved to Calgary and has worked with PT Health since January of 2011. Vivian has a large focus on assessing and treating the body as a whole. She has advanced training in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), therapeutic taping, fire-glass cupping, and manual therapy. Vivian enjoys and has experience working with people with a variety of injuries and ages. She aims to find the root cause of the problem and address the issues in a patient-centered and evidence-based manner. As the Clinic Director, Vivian ensures that all clients are receiving the best care possible with the best outcomes achievable and we are always striving to do better. Outside of work, Vivian enjoys running, hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, pilates, fishing, and walking her dog.

Michael Kirby


Mike graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016 from the University of Alberta. He also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary. Mike is very passionate about continuing education and believes that by having more knowledge and technical skills he can help a wider range of people and conditions. He has received several certifications in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy and is able to perform IMS on most muscles of the human body. Mike is very systematic and objective with his treatments. If something is not working for his patients, he has a lot of other tools available that may work. Through his patients’ response to treatment, Mike finds the perfect “recipe” for each individual.

Mike takes a special interest in treating low back pain and lower extremity problems. He also loves treating runners as he was inspired to become a physiotherapist from his own experiences as an ultramarathon runner. On the side, Mike is the sole founder, developer and owner of Physio Roots which launched in April 2019. Physio Roots is an online directory service specific to the physiotherapy profession. Craig Rohla Physiotherapist

Craig Rohla


Craig graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Personally, Craig found his interest in physiotherapy while playing varsity soccer at Trinity Western University, undergoing rehabilitation himself. He practices physical therapy with a belief in meeting people where they are at on the continuum of self-improvement and recovery. To do this, he draws on his rehabilitation education, his designation as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and his years spent as a personal trainer. Craig strives to help people increase their function, no matter their current level of ability. Now, he enjoys cycling, swimming, running, and weight training. Craig has integrated his love for sport and exercise into his work with rehabilitation science, to deliver comprehensive physical therapy care.

Gloria Kanuka Physiotherapist

Gloria graduated from the University of Calgary with a BSc in Kinesiology before completing her MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta. Since graduating, Gloria has completed additional training in a variety of manual therapy techniques and is level 2 certified in functional dry needling/IMS. In addition, Gloria has a special interest in prevention and treatment of running injuries, which stems from her time as a varsity track and field runner. Gloria believes in spending one on one time with her patients in order to perform an accurate assessment and provide an individualized treatment plan. Her treatments may include hands on therapy, dry needling, education, therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription. She always ensures that her clients have the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery. In her spare time Gloria enjoys running on the roads or trails, hiking, skiing, and practicing yoga.

Kerina is a 2200hr Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Medicine Hat College. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honours Society and registered through the MTAA.She specializes in the therapeutic treatment of; postural imbalances, muscle tension, repetitive strain injuries (e.g carpal tunnel syndrome), tension headaches/migraines, sinus pain, nerve impingement, chronic pain, temporal mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), whiplash injury, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and more.Massage modalities include; Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Cupping Therapy (glass), Relaxation Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, MET and Counterstrain Technique, Joint Mobilization, Visceral Techniques for reducing adhesions and tension of internal organs, Intra-Oral Techniques for relief of TMJ pain, and remedial stretching and strengthening exercise for optimal postural and muscle balance.Kerina is motivated by the success and improved quality of life for her clients. Nishia enjoys working with people and helping people lead a life of wellness and health, so Nishia always knew she wanted to be in health care. Nishia graduated from CDI college in 2007 as a massage therapist and since then has loved her career and always aspires to learn different techniques to help people get well and stay well. She she recently graduated with a hollistic nutrition diploma through CSNN and looks forward to combining the massage and nutrition for a more rounded practice. She specializes in pre-natal massage, sports therapy, and deep tissue massage.

Dr. Jordan Sandham was born and raised in southern Alberta and completed his undergraduate studies at University of Lethbridge with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. After finishing at Lethbridge, he obtained his doctorial degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2008. Dr. Jordan utilizes the most state of the art and most thoroughly researched chiropractic methods in order for his patients to achieve optimal health and wellness. He is an active participant in many seminars and keeps up to date on all of the latest research in order to give his patients the finest chiropractic care available.
